I’m glad it was helpful! I am not entirely sure why you are not seeing the prompt to grant admin consent, it may be that it was dismissed at one point and is no longer appearing for you? Since you no longer see the prompt, you can try following this Microsoft documentation on how to grant tenant-wide admin consent for an application: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/grant-admin-consent

I followed your instructions for “Requiring Group and User Assignment for Access” & I am able to view my webpage… but other users I have added receive a “Need admin approval” message: “{application} needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.”

I don’t understand why I don’t receive that same message though.

Check that you have set user assignments to be required under your enterprise application properties. It is not set to require user assignment by default and will auto-assign users as they hit the web app.

But looks like Azure is still allowing the entire world in my Active Directory to access my application. Users who are not part of the AD group get automatically added to the users list when they login. Any security setting needed to prevent it?
