From here, we design a core architecture and implementation recommendations, including security, data, and cloud concerns. This work culminates in a backlog of agile stories that can be estimated to determine the approximate size of the effort. An intended side consequence is establishing a trusting relationship with our customers.

Starting the Engagement with the Project Backlog 

We’ll kick off your project with a backlog, a living and dynamic list that can change as the vision for the product evolves during development. You, as the product owner, organize this list into priority order. The development team builds these features in the order specified. As a feature is being completed, demos are given to show you the initial stages of the work. Discussion and feedback are encouraged, which helps us build something that is often better than initially envisioned.
